Junior Research Assistant

Location

Karnataka (Extensive Travel Required) | Full-time, 6-month contract (extendable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field data collection using manual schedules, mobile apps, or online tools.
• Ensure data accuracy through verification, cleaning, and systematic entry into Excel or other databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency and reliability of datasets.
• Handle confidential information with care and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare reports and assist in basic data analytics to expand your analytical exposure.
• Travel extensively within Karnataka for data collection and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in research, field surveys, or impact evaluation projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SPSS, STATA, or Python is an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
